To schedule a viewing, feel free to contact our office by email or by phone. If you are interested in renting from us, you may also look over our rental application and submit any completed applications to firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a $50 fee to process applications, which may be paid in our office by cash, money order, or checks made out to Coast Management.
Please note that a rental application should be filled out for each leaseholder and a pet application should be filled out if applicable. The $50 application is flat rate and an additional fee is not required if there are additional leaseholders.

Our standard pet policy is that we do allow animals in most of our units, with some restrictions based on quantity and breed. We do not allow pit bulls, rottweilers, or doberman pinschers. There is a $300 nonrefundable pet fee per animal.
Security deposits typically equal the amount of one month’s rent. This deposit, as well as the first month’s rent, application fee, and any pet fees, will be due at time of signing the lease.
For active duty Military members, we do participate in the Military Housing Partnership which allows for special incentives on deposits and fees. All leases contain a Military clause regarding relocation of the Member.
Condo Rental Information:
Coast also manages several units at Harbor Landing and Oak Glen Marina. We have both furnished and unfurnished condominiums and we do offer monthly leases for corporate rentals on our furnished units. Availability varies, more information is available upon request.
